A history that began more than 100 years ago, where the familiar ancestral tradition of know-how is still being perpetuated and constantly cherished from generation to generation, with quality as an omnipresent characteristic, where advantage is taken of the best of these arts and knowledge but where also present technologies are being intro- duced in a careful and environmentally friendly manner to enhance “what we produce and how we produce it”.
Mont’Alverne is an Olive Oil born from the will to create high quality and unique olive oil. Francisco, a marine biologist, decided to dedicate im self to the production of Olive Oil, an endeavour deep within the family roots for the past 6 generations.
Sociedade Agrícola Alberto Manso Lda. is a Family farming house tracing its history back to the early beginnings of the 18th century and has been registered as a corporate entity in the year of 1994.
The history of Casa de Santo Amaro begins in with the creation of “Morgadio de Santo Amaro” in 14 October 1687, and its currently in the possession of the family’s eighth generation
